Yonca Türker, a Professional Coach holding the ICF-PCC designation and a Professional Competency Certificate, is a graduate of the Austrian High School and the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University. She began her career in the banking sector, playing an active role in the design and implementation of management trainee (MT) programs, and subsequently held positions as Assistant Branch Manager and Marketing Manager within the branch structure.

Since 2019, she has been working in the fields of coaching, mentoring, and personal development; she works with individuals in the areas of career, executive, and student coaching, and provides coaching mentorship.

Enriching her coaching approach with various methodologies, Türker works as a CharacterIX Personality Inventory consultant and utilizes Point of You tools in her processes. He has received training in NLP, Ikigai, and leader-team coaching.

He contributes to the development of the profession through his connections with international organizations such as ICF, EMCC, and AC; he also writes articles on coaching.

In addition to his coaching work, he offers training in areas such as parenting, adolescence, test anxiety, communication, and professional workplace skills.
