Partial completion policy

In partial withdrawals, after the start of the training, the cost of the participating modules is deducted and the remaining fee is refunded. If the basic modules have been completed, no refund will be made in case of withdrawal. Illness and force majeure are excluded. The remaining education rights of the participant are valid for 2 years.

The trainee may transfer his/her education right to another period, another training or another person, provided that he/she gives notice up to 1 week prior to the start of the training package date. However, since admission to the trainings is by telephone interview, the person to whom the right will be transferred must be approved by CY Coaching Academy before the transfer.

• Refund policy

In case of withdrawal, 90% of the payment made if it is realized until 30 days before the start date of the Training (except the 30th day); If the withdrawal is made 30 to 10 days before the training (except the 10th day), 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals and changes made within the last 10 days.

• Illness policy

In case of an ilness or force majeure etc., these subjects are not valid in a verbal context. It will be evaluated in line with the documentation from the relevant institutions regarding the situation.

• Transfer of credit policy

A participant who has completed the core modules from another ICF accredited academy is considered a transfer to the CY Coaching Academy ACTP program. In case of availability in the class quota of the transferred participant, he/she has the right to participate in the basic trainings according to his/her choice, but it is not compulsory. Except for the basic coaching trainings, participation in the trainings included in the package is mandatory. Transfer participant ACTP tuition fee;
