If you choose our "Master Coaching Education Package" in our academy, you will complete a 80-hour training program in total. You have the right to complete the program for a maximum of 1 year, provided that your package is completed in a minimum of 6 months from the first day of your education. When you graduate from the trainings, you will be evaluated for the final voice recording. Participants who successfully complete this stage, complete the coaching interview hours offered as a prerequisite for the title receive their sertificates. Elective Training Modules (Participants have the right to choose a minimum of 60 credits in total from the elective trainings in line with their packages. Participants who want to receive more training can add a single module to their package.)
Participants who complete the minimum training hours required by the title during the CF qualification process are mentored before taking the oral and written exam. The mentoring process takes 10 hours in total.

In this process, while you reinforce what you know about basic competencies with your mentor coach, you can find answers to your questions at the end of the training process, and you will have the necessary equipment to prepare for the audio and written exam. Of this 10-hour period, 7 hours are group work, while the other 3 hours focus on your individual coaching performance evaluation.
7 sound recording evaluations are made along with MCC level mentoring.

Admission to the training is by telephone interview. Candidates whose values and competencies are found to be suitable for the program during the interview are accepted to the training. Applicants for Level 3 training or MCC Mentoring are required to hold a PCC title in advance.
